90 days for each message

The daily cleanup is configured to remove messages older than 90 days from active chat history, measured separately from each message's creation. A new message does not extend the retention of older messages. Empty conversations are removed when their last update is older than 90 days. Actual deletion depends on the cleanup job running successfully.

What we store

• · Your messages and the assistant's messages, associated with your account and conversation.
• · The thread title and timestamps, used to organise the sidebar.
• · Database access controls restrict ordinary access by other users. They do not exclude authorised operator access or processing by technical or AI services when those features are used.

Removing data sooner

• · Clear thread removes the conversation's messages from active chat history after the server confirms the operation.
• · Delete conversation removes the thread and its messages from active history — with a 5-second undo window.
• · Removal from active chat history does not mean immediate deletion from backups, documents, logs or other records. Contact the operator for requests about your account or those records; the request's scope and timing need separate confirmation.
